Deep well recipes.......????

Does anyone have any recipes that they have [b]tried out[/b] and would like to pass along and share on the board??
I have the Chambers recipe book, but have not tried any, yet. Has anyone done that and what was their thoughts??

Hubby and I are so addicted to that broiler, and would like to try out the deepwell soon.

I got brave and tried the "Pot Roast" thermowell recipe in "The Idle Hour Cookbook". Turned out absolutley fabulous!! So so easy and simple!! I browned the roast in the single deepwell on the stove top added a tad bit of water put it in the T-well for 25min the last 10 minutes added potatoes,carrots and onions. Turned off the gas and let it sit for 2 hours while the neighbors and us pondered about how it would turn out. It was delicious!! and the meat oh so tender and juicy!! The house never got hot, I'm in South Texas and that's why lots of people don't bake or use the oven during summer. One dish is all I used.
Hope ya'll try the T-well with the gas off, it's fab!!

I've done the pot roast too, as well as scalloped potatoes once. Both turned out beautifully. I love the fact that you can cook a one dish meal for a small family without having to heat up the whole oven, especially in summer.
Now I'm just trying to find a set of double or triple pots that I can afford!
